A FREE Women’s Morning Tea is held at approximately 10-12 week intervals to enable fellowship and to hear interesting speakers. It is sponsored by the Dromana Women’s Christian Group – an initiative of the Women’s Ministry at St. Mark’s.
The next one is on August 20 when the speakers will be Judith Lake (Chaplain, Mothers Union, Melbourne Diocese) who will speak on how her various Ministry appointments have influenced her life and Roslyn Death who will speak on the work of The Gideons and especially on the involvement of women in that Organisation. The last one was held on May 14 at 10 am when Stephen Mbobo – Global CEO/International Team Leader – spoke on the work of African Enterprise and Jeff Andrews – co-founder and director – spoke on the work of Ignite, a not for profit organisation working with ‘at risk’ young people.
